Return & Refund Policy

At Ehtazim, we want you to love your purchase of our handcrafted pashmina shawls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Please note that perishable items are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days from the date we receive and approve your returned item to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are offered only as store credit.

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return shipping labels, which are processed within 24–48 hours after your return request is approved.

  • All return shipping fees are covered by us.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos as proof.

  • If damage is proven to have occurred before delivery, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and replacement/refund.

  • If an item is returned to us damaged (without proof of pre-delivery damage), the customer may be held liable for the cost of the item.
